About
the Speaker Dr Peter
Jones was born in Liverpool. In school
days he was a friend of John Lennon -
with whom he shared a school desk for
5 years. From university he was
influenced by Francis Schaeffer and
other Christian writers. Peter Jones is currently
Professor of New Testament at
Westminster Theological Seminary California in Escondido,
California. He holds an M.Div. from
Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, a
Th.M. from Harvard Divinity School,
and a Ph.D. from
Princeton Theological Seminary.
